National Cancer Society for Animals Poses Question for MSLO Shareholders Meeting

CEO SPENCER AND COLLEAGUES SPEARHEAD CHANGE POSSIBILITIES FOR CHARITY IN WAITING

Hi Martha,

Thank you for permitting parties to ask questions of the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia shareholders panel.

My thoughts are as follows:

Our ABC, CBS and NBC network news anchors, Charles Gibson, Katie Couric and Brian Williams, are partnering on a challenge this year -- to annihilate cancer.

I would like to see MSLO incorporate our animal kingdom into this panorama.

I
s MSLO still taking acquisitions? Do you see it accenting MSLO if it were to become the power house directorship of a national animal cancer charity?

TIME IS PRIME

The time is right as 'major media animals' plan to take the floor, network wide!

The National Cancer Society for Animals' 10 year portfolio of national resource an advancement speculators is looking for corporate power ownership.

The new MSLO pet magazine, recently voted forward, with a national animal charity by its side would provide for the public in ways that one couldn't do without the other.

My colleagues and audience are interested in this idea. We are bringing it as a question to you and your directorship through the excellent Q&A forum you've established within the shareholders' meetings.

Thank you for recognizing our question regarding possible interest in new an specific animal industry ventures!

Andrea Spencer
CEO
National Cancer Society for Animals
